PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Pre-construction phase with the client.
Generate a Building Information Modeling (BIM) project (including MEP’s) and proceeded to order ready to assemble CNC - bolted - CFS Structure (foundations, load bearing walls and roof)
Surveying, soil preparation, retaining walls, filling and compacting.
Build Foundations, erect structure, enclose façade with STO Panel (prefabricated), roof insulated panels, install double glass windows
from ES Windows.
Install all MEP’s.
Interior millwork and finishings.
Install pools and landscaping along with paver walkways and fences.


This was the first project in Aruba done with numeric control on each element of the building, Trimble robotics technology through a Building Assembly Model (BAM), resulting in less material waste, construction time reduced by 30%, a lesser impact on the environment since these are energy efficient villas.
