- Façade: Vapor Barrier, CFS and Densglass, STO systems.

- Millwork (doors, closets and kitchen cabinets).

12 fully furnished luxury apartments, with a total area of 300m3 with terrace and pool area.

Installation phase

The project is currently focused on the installation of essential components that enhance both functionality and aesthetics. are diligently working on floor coverings, showers, windows, railings, and facades to ensure a beautiful and safe environment.

 In addition, fire tanks and exterior work in common areas are being completed, alongside the installation of furniture such as kitchens, closets, and bathroom fixtures.
