Chief Construction Engineer

​

Provide strategic leadership, guidance and direction for the construction services and engineering business company-wide.

​

- Supporting standardization of work products, personnel safety, quality expectations, sales and other corporate initiatives.

​

- Communicate with owners, architects and subcontractors related to project risk, timetables and costs/budgets.

​

- Managing all contractors, subcontractors with budget/project schedule mind set

​

- Implementing immediate corrective actions to contain the situation and long-term corrective actions to prevent their re-occurrence.

​

- Perform pre-construction planning, scheduling and cost control.

​

- Revision, modification and merging of all Project Drawings (Structural, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.)

​

- Implementation of software managing tools for management and sub-contractors.

​

- Daily on-site inspection.
